Dan Stilling, DFF films with the clarity of Scandinavian light and the instincts of someone who came up as a Steadicam Operator. Always thinking about how the frame moves, lives, breathes and serves the story.
Over two decades working between Hollywood and Denmark, his credits span Ridley Scott's The Martian (NASA unit), theatrically released features Priceless (Roadside Attractions/Universal) and Valiant One (Briarcliff), and Welcome To The Moon, the debut feature of Oscar-nominated director Aske Bang.
Dan is drawn to bold, visually distinctive work and brings the same intentionality to a $50 million action feature as he does to a first-time director's debut.
